What are your hours of operation?

We are open Mon-Fri from 8 am - 6 pm; We are closed on Sat-Sun.
May I visit TAMC without a scheduled appointment?

We welcome walk-ins Mon-Fri! While we prioritize scheduled patients, we try our best to see walk-ins in a timely manner.
Will TAMC accept my insurance provider? What about Medicare/Medicaid?

We accept most insurance providers as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. Please bring your insurance card with you so we can verify your information.
What is your policy on cancelling appointments?

Please notify our clinic about your cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $25 fine.
As a first time patient, should I bring my medical records/reports with me?"

Yes, please bring at least the past 1-year's records. (e.g., progress notes, x/rays & other scans, lab results, and key medical records from other providers).
If I am unable to retrieve certain records, can TAMC obtain them from my previous provider?"

Yes, once you sign a medical release form (available at our front desk), we may request access to your previous medical records.
Can I bring my child to my visit? Is there any childcare available at TAMC?

We welcome kids and have a "kids corner" with games, puzzles, and other toys in our waiting room! Unfortunately, we cannot provide childcare. It may be helpful to bring someone to remain with them while you are visiting with the doctor.
What do I need to bring for an immigration (INS) physical?

Bring a valid photo ID (e.g., Texas ID, driver's license, passport, or Matricula ID; no visas/employment cards), an updated shot record (if available), and means of payment ($350 for adults, $250 for children 12 years and younger).
What do I need to bring for a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical?

Bring a valid driver's license and means of payment ($130).
